How to Use our Sprays
Frequencies of Protection is the next step in the evolution of our Palo Santo spray, created by The Andean Apothecary. As Earth’s energies and frequencies continue to shift, this spray has been updated to support those changes. With a softer scent but stronger energy, you’ll feel the difference in your aura and space. It also continues to be a powerful tool to support deeper meditation.

HOW TO USE IT
For Aura cleansing
The first thing to do is to hold your spray bottle with both hands and be grateful for the help it will bring you in cleansing and creating a protective shield around your aura. Second, give a couple of shakes to awaken all the sacred ingredients. Third, start spraying from your left side, up to your head and ending on your right side. Always inhaling deeply to get the physical benefits as well as the energetic ones. Give yourself some seconds to feel the changes in your energy field. Smile and go ahead with your day. For meditation usages you can pump once above your head, inhale deeply and then on your chest area. Close your eyes, inhale and start your meditation practice.
HOW TO USE IT
For Space cleansing
Spray each corner of the room, then one spray in the center, and finish at the door. If you want to cleanse your entire home, spray all corners, the center of each room, and every doorway—ending at your main entrance. Very important: Always cleanse your own aura first before cleansing your space. You can also use the spray to quickly cleanse your altar.
WAYS I USE IT
During my chemotherapy sessions, this spray became one of my greatest allies. Each session meant sitting in a chair for 3 to 4 hours. I knew these spaces were filled with the energy of illness, fear, worry, and sadness. Before sitting down, I would spray the chair to clear away any heavy or negative energy I didn’t want to absorb. Then I would spray myself, place my crystals around me for protection, and to raise my energy. Once settled, I would begin to meditate while receiving the medicine. I also use the spray before and after every healing session. Even though I use other energetic tools to protect my aura, I always feel a noticeable difference when I include the spray. If I’m not smudging my home, I use the spray for a quick cleanse instead. I also love wearing crystal and quartz jewelry. I find it so easy to spray them and set an intention before I put them on.
