Sound therapy, also known as “Sound Healing”, “Sound Meditation” or "Sound Bath" is a tool that helps improve physical illness, balance the emotions, quieten a busy mind and go into deep meditative states, increasing creativity levels. Most people feel calm and relaxed following treatment. For some, this feeling will last several days.
It is a meditation guided by sound and vibration, an immersive sensory concert performed with bowls and other instruments. Pure tones create a symphony of sounds ranging from harmony to dissonance as organic binaural beats entrain the brain and facilitate a shift in your state of consciousness, encouraging the production of Theta waves in your brain. Theta is the state before sleep, awakening your creativity and inspiration while encouraging deep relaxation.

Sound Healing sessions can be done in groups or one on one to work on a deeper level to balance all the chakras, energy field and emotional blockages
These sessions are also of benefit for pregnant women. The effects of the Sound Therapy can be passed through the mother’s whole body and have an influence on the development of the fetus and increase the connection with the mother.

The research concluded that sound healing can quickly improve emotional well-being and mental clarity by positively impacting the nervous system and managing stress-related conditions.
